PRIMEAthletix stores account details, profile information, billing state, and uploaded video metadata so athletes, coaches, and admins can run film review and team workflows.

We use third-party providers for authentication, payments, storage, and AI processing. Uploaded files may be processed by external infrastructure to generate highlights, analytics, and subscription entitlements.

We retain the minimum billing state needed to enforce plans, seats, payment failures, and cancellations. Team data is scoped to the signed-in user or authorized staff workflows.
