By using PRIMEAthletix, you agree to provide accurate account information, upload content you are authorized to use, and follow seat, billing, and fair-use limits.

Paid plans renew until canceled. Subscription changes, failed payments, and cancellations are enforced from the server-side billing state and may immediately affect storage or AI access.

Users are responsible for coach, athlete, and team data they upload. PRIMEAthletix may suspend abusive traffic, oversized uploads, or repeated failures that threaten platform stability.

AI-generated output is advisory only and should be reviewed by coaches, athletes, or staff before making competitive or medical decisions.
